Where Children Learn, Play, Grow...

Quality care from a young age can have a substantial impact on the future successes of children. The main focus of childcare is on the development of the child, whether that be mental, social, or psychological.

In most cases children are taken care of by their parents, legal guardians, or siblings. In some cases, it is also seen that children cared for in a formal daycare.

Meet our caregivers

Outside of your family, your child’s teachers and caregivers are the most important people in their life.

Karen Allen-Salmon

Hello my name is Karen Allen- Salmon, I’m from the island of Jamaica.
I am a mother and a wife and I enjoy working with children.
I obtained my elementary education in Jamaica where I worked with the ministry of education for five years.
I have a level 111 certification in Early  Childhood Education  and have worked for seven years in the daycare setting here in Saskatchewan.
I enjoy seeing the world through the eyes of a child as I observe them at play. I feel a sense of accomplishment as I help children garner skills that will help them to contribute to society in a positive way.
“Children need the freedom and the time to play. Play is not a luxury it is a necessity ” Kay Redfield Tamison
